Import Voice Profiles

Import voice profiles from third-party providers such as ElevenLabs.

provider_voice_id is the original unique identifier of the voice on the respective platform.

credential_id is the unique ID of the BYOK credential connected to your provider's API key. If you haven't created a BYOK credential yet, use the Create BYOK Credential endpoint .

Using the Endpoint

The POST /v1/voice-profiles/import lets you import existing voice profiles from third-party providers such as ElevenLabs. Creating a BYOK credential record using the API key generated from the provider is required prior to using this endpoint as credential_id is a required body parameter.

To import a voice from other providers, simply send a POST request to this endpoint with the following parameters included in the request body.

  • provider_voice_id: The original unique ID of the voice on the provider's platform.
  • provider: The provider of the voice such as elevenlabs.
  • credential_id: This is a unique ID generated as a response to successfully adding a credential to POST /v1/byok endpoint.
